Education
Learning management systems, student analytics platforms, automated assessment tools.
How we work in education
RNDSOL is an education software development company building learning management systems, student analytics, and school administration platforms. Education software has to work for people who didn't choose it: teachers with 40-student classes, parents checking fees on a cheap phone, admins closing admissions season on a deadline. We design for those users first, which is why our education products actually get used after the launch demo.
We know this sector from the inside because we run a product in it. Edutig, our school management system, was built in Lahore, Pakistan for institutions moving beyond spreadsheets, and it now handles admissions, attendance, exams, fees, payroll, and transport for schools digitalising their whole operation. If you're evaluating school management system options in Pakistan, our blog has an honest buyer's guide.
Beyond Edutig, we build custom: learning management systems, adaptive learning engines like the EdTech platform in our case study, and student analytics that flag at-risk learners weeks before exam results would. E-learning software development is one of the areas where our product experience and services work feed each other directly.
What we build
The problems that bring teams to us
These are the patterns we see most often in education engagements, and how we handle them.
Adoption by non-technical staff
A school office runs on routines, and software that breaks them gets abandoned. We design workflows around existing routines, fee vouchers that look like the old ones, attendance in two taps, and train staff in their own context.
Fee collection and reconciliation
Late fees, sibling discounts, scholarships, partial payments: school billing is messier than most invoicing. Edutig's fee module grew out of exactly these cases, and our custom builds inherit that domain depth.
Meaningful student analytics
Averages hide the students who need help. We build analytics that track trajectory per student, attendance dips, assignment slippage, score trends, and surface them to teachers while intervention still matters.
Low-bandwidth reality
Parents and students often connect over slow mobile networks. We build light, offline-tolerant interfaces so a parent on 3G can still check results and pay fees without a spinner marathon.
How a project runs
Start from the term calendar
Admissions, exams, results, fees: the academic year sets the rhythm. We phase rollouts so each module lands just before the season that needs it, giving staff a real workload to learn on.
Role-based from the ground up
An admin, a teacher, a parent, and a student need four different products wearing one interface. We design each role's view around its top three daily tasks.
Pilot with one campus
Multi-campus groups start with a single campus for one term. Lessons from that pilot shape the configuration before the wider rollout, which is how you avoid re-training everyone twice.
Data migration done properly
Years of student records in Excel deserve careful handling. We write migration scripts with validation reports, so the registrar can verify every student landed intact before the old system is retired.
Built to the rules your sector runs on
Standards and regulations we design against in this industry. Your compliance team owns interpretation; our job is making the system enforce it.
Questions we hear from teams like yours
If you're a school or college whose needs match mainstream operations, Edutig gets you live in weeks at product pricing. If you're an EdTech company or an institution with genuinely unusual workflows, custom makes sense. We'll give you a straight answer in the first call, since we sell both.
Yes. We integrate local payment channels alongside bank voucher workflows, because in practice most schools need both for years. Every payment reconciles automatically against the student ledger either way.
For Edutig, a single campus typically goes live within four to six weeks including data migration and staff training. Custom platforms depend on scope; the adaptive learning platform in our case study took about seven months to first release.
We do. Edutig and our custom education work are built and supported from Lahore, Pakistan, and we deliver remotely for institutions elsewhere, with GDPR-aligned handling where European student data is involved.
