UI/UX Design

User-centered design that drives engagement, reduces churn, and turns complex workflows into intuitive experiences, validated with real users, not just stakeholder opinion.

Design that reduces churn, not just decoration

Bad interfaces are expensive in ways that never show up on one invoice: support tickets, training time, features nobody finds. Our UI/UX design services start from that premise, so the first thing we do isn't drawing screens. It's watching real users work, interviewing the people who live in the software every day, and mapping exactly where the current workflow breaks down.

We specialize in complex, data-heavy products, the ERP screens and operational dashboards where a designer who only does marketing sites would drown. The deliverable isn't a pretty mockup. It's a componentized design system in Figma with states, edge cases, and responsive behavior already worked out, so your engineers can build without needing a meeting per screen.

Prototypes get tested before anything ships. We run usability sessions in Maze or on moderated calls, watch where people hesitate, and iterate until task completion is where it should be. It's a cheap step that regularly kills expensive mistakes, and it's why the redesigns we deliver tend to cut support load rather than just refresh the visuals.

What We Build

End-to-end delivery

Product Design

End-to-end design from wireframe to high-fidelity, interactive prototype.

Design Systems

Component libraries that keep engineering and design in lockstep.

User Research

Usability testing before ship, not after complaints arrive.

Workflow Simplification

Turning multi-step, complex operational software into something people don't need training for.

UX Audit

A structured review of your existing product: heuristic evaluation, analytics review, and a prioritized fix list, delivered in about two weeks.

Our Process

How we build

01

Research

User interviews and workflow mapping to understand the real problem.

02

Wireframe

Low-fidelity structure validated before visual design begins.

03

Design System

High-fidelity, componentized design ready for engineering handoff.

04

Test & Iterate

Usability testing with real users, iterated before launch.

Why RNDSOL

What makes this work

Validated with real users

Usability testing is a standard step, not an optional add-on.

Engineering-ready handoff

Componentized Figma files that map directly onto your codebase.

Built for complex workflows

Our specialty is enterprise and ERP-grade software, not just marketing pages.

Design systems that last

Component libraries that scale with your product, not one-off screens.

Outcomes

What working with us looks like in numbers

2-3 weeks

From kickoff to a clickable prototype your stakeholders can react to.

5-8 sessions

Usability tests per major flow before it's cleared for development.

30%+

Typical drop in support tickets after an operational workflow redesign.

1 source of truth

A componentized Figma design system that maps straight onto your codebase.

FAQ

UI/UX Design FAQs

Both. Design engagements can be standalone or paired with our development teams for full delivery.

Yes, redesigns of complex, legacy enterprise interfaces are a core part of our practice.

Componentized Figma files with defined tokens, spacing, and interaction states, plus a walkthrough session with the engineering team. When we're also building, the design system maps straight into Storybook components.

Yes. Pre-launch, we test with people who match your target profile, recruited against a screener we write together. Five thoughtful sessions catch most of the big problems.

Of course. Brand guidelines set the visual language; our job is applying it to product UI with the states and components brand documents never cover.

A UX audit or a single-flow design sprint runs fixed price, usually two to three weeks. Larger product work is scoped per phase, or you can embed a designer in your team on a monthly rate. If the problem is smaller than you think, we'll say so and recommend the cheaper route.
